01Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use Valentino Finance.

02What Valentino Finance is

Valentino Finance is a read-only personal finance dashboard for viewing balances, transactions, spending, subscriptions, goals, and educational AI summaries. It is not a bank, does not move money, and does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. See our Disclaimer.

03Your account

Accounts are created and secured through our authentication provider. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for activity under your account.

04Plans, billing, and cancellation

• Plans. Free (one connected institution, no AI), Pro (unlimited institutions plus AI features), and Family (Pro plus a household view).
• Auto-renewal. Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically each billing period (monthly or annual) until you cancel.
• Cancellation. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; your paid access continues until the end of the current period.
• 14-day money-back. If you are not satisfied, email hello@umniktech.com within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund.
• Price changes. We may change prices with advance notice; changes apply to the next billing period.
• Taxes. Prices exclude any applicable taxes.

05Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service. This includes no unauthorized access, no automated scraping beyond normal use, no reverse engineering, and no attempts to exceed or evade rate limits.

06Third-party services

Valentino Finance relies on Plaid, Stripe, and OpenAI. Your use of those features is also subject to their respective terms.

07Intellectual property

We own the Valentino Finance service and its content. You own the data you provide and generate.

08Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. It is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. See our Disclaimer.

09Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UMNIK LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10Indemnification

You agree to indemnify UMNIK LLC against claims arising from your misuse of the service or your violation of these Terms.

11Termination

You may stop using and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. On termination, your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

12Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. We will first try to resolve any dispute informally — please email hello@umniktech.com.

13Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will revise the effective date and, for material changes, notify you in the app or by email.
